When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
What is the return policy?
***Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable*** Repair and exchange only on defective units. Requests for refunds will be accepted within 30 days of the date your order is processed for fulfillment. We are unable to issue refunds for orders processed beyond that time frame. Please note that unless the item you bought was DOA (dead on arrival), the product you bought will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please read through the descriptions of the item to gain a thorough understanding of the item specifications, compatibility, price and shipping terms before placing an order. If you are uncertain about any terms, feel free to contact us.
What does my warranty include ?
Electronic devices at Merimobiles.com carry a 12 month warranty unless specified otherwise. As for accessories, such as batteries and headset, they carry a 3 month warranty.
Our warranty covers: Any technical problem (for example, your phone cannot receive incoming calls, etc) Please note: Physical damage or modifications done to an item will void the warranty.
**Branded phones and products carry a 3 month warranty** (Blackberries, nokias,etc...)
What if the item I receive is defective or damaged ?
If the item you receive is defective or damaged, you can request a replacement or a refund. Please check your items immediately upon delivery and inform us within 2 days. Replacements and refunds are accepted on merchandise within 10 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN USED, LIKE NEW WITH NO COSMETIC OR TECHNICAL CHANGES.
How do I make a return or exchange ?
1. Simply include in your package, along with the defective unit, your e-mail address, your order# and a detailed description of the problem of the item.
2. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise in an appropriate box or envelope, and send it back to us using a safe shipping method.
Please note: For defective items that are 2 months old or less, we pay the return shipping cost when shipping back the products to you. For products that are over 2 months old , the buyer is responsible to pay the return shipping cost back to them. At all times the buyer has to pay the shipping cost to send the products to us for repairs.
**To avoid problems such as lost packages, please use a traceable shipping service such as ems, dhl or any other traceable shipping method**
What about tax and duty ?
Tax and import duty is not included. We are not liable to any customs hold up or import tax at the receiving country.
