Free Regular mail Shipping on all items. For express shipping methods, fees are automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the secured checkout page where you will be offered shipping methods and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after receiving your payment.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay a return shipping compensation if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item (DOA).
We perform QC (quality control) on all devices and test them thoroughly before they ship. While DOA items are rare, they can still occur and when itdoes happen, We Got You Covered. We will pay up to a maximum amount of $25 credit to compensate the return shipping fees for a DOA item sent back for a repair or an exchange. Upon arrival at our facilities, the returned item is sent to the Manufacturer. The Manufacturer will test the device and confirm the DOA status. We then process the shipping credit if applicable.

The Warranty is provided and handled by the Manufacturer. The Manufacturer decides if they will repair or replace an item depending on the cause of the malfunction. Electronic devices carry a 12 month warranty unless specified otherwise. Accessories, such as batteries and headsets are covered by a 6 month warranty period. The warranty covers technical problems such as screen issue, motherboard damage and malfunctioning buttons.
If you experience a technical problem with an item within 30 days of its arrival, we will replace the item or offer you a refund provided if we have exhausted all possible fixes that can be done remotely or via our technical support team. You will then be asked to return the defective product to us. Upon arrival of your product at our facility, we must confirm the defect before proceeding to issue a refund or a replacement. We are unable to issue refunds for products beyond the 30 day period. For items returned past the 30 day period, you will No longer be eligible for a refund nor a replacement of the product but will still be eligible for repair by the manufacturer.
What is considered a technical issue covered by the 30 days moneyback guarentee?
Motherboard damage, malfunctioning buttons,inoperative touchscreen (please note firmware/software and Wifi connectivity issues related to improper settings or wifi issues related to software are not covered by the 30 day money back guarentee, but remain covered under the 1 year Manufacturer Warranty)
Physical damage or modifications done to an item will void the warranty;
Any product returned for a refund with any type of physical damage will be subject to 20% restocking fee of the full amount.
You may return an item for non-technical issues within 7 days of its arrival. A 20% restocking fee (of the total amount paid for the purchase) will apply whether you want a refund or an exchange for a different item.
What is considered a non-technical issue?
"I do not like this item", "It's not what I hoped for"... Any reason that does not fall into the technical issue category.
Touchscreen and Accessories
"Touchscreens are covered by a 3 month Manufacturer's warranty, past the 3 month period if the touchscreen becomes inoperative the Manufacturer does not cover it, they will charge you a repair fee
Accessories, like batteries, cables are covered by the manufacturer for a 3 month period, past that period if an accessory needs replacemnt it needs to be bought by the end user
What is considered DOA (dead on arrival):
*A product that does not power ON.
*A product with an inoperative touchscreen.
*Please Note Wifi/network issues, software issues are not considered as DOA (Dead on Arrival)
Requirements for a refund on a DOA item and to be eligible for the $25 return shipping credit or compensation (Dead on Arrival / does not turn on):
*We must be notified within 5 days upon arrival of the item
*Items must be returned with the original packaging and all accessories included
*Items must be returned within the 30 day time period
*The item must be in New and in Good Condition (we understand you have to open the package and press the power button to turn the device ON)
*We do not accept return of an item unless its defective.
*Return shipping credit or compensation is given upon receipt of the item and confirmation of the DOA status
Requirements for a refund:
*Items must be in New and in Good Condition.
*Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
*Items must be returned within the 30 day period (30 days from the day you received it).
*If an Item has been used/open and returned for a refund within the 30 day period you will receive 80% of the items price

Packages are checked thoroughly before they are shipped out. An item checklist is sent out with every package to ensure that the orders are complete. If ever an item is missing, please notify us within 24 hours of the package arrival with a photo picture of the box content. We will proceed to send you the missing item back by air mail.
*Restocking fees apply on the Current value of the item, meaning if at the time you bought the item it was 100$, it is sent back and today (exemple 30 days later) the item value is 95$ the refund will be 80% of the current value 95$(exemple)
Items sent without authorization (without RMA#)
Please make sure to get an RMA# or speak with a customer service representative before returning an item. Otherwise the pacakge will not be accepted and returned to sender.
