"I picked this device for its low price and high functionality (for the price). Im very happy with it (mobile reader,storage,application platform). large screen on this tablet makes it a pleasure to use... speed is what I expected, fast enough to be productive with it my work. Merimobiles on the other hand was a full-blown positive surprise. Im saying that because the first tablet (Eken m001) they sent got misshaped by UPS and never arrived... I already wrote the whole thing off as a loss, when they offered to re-send another item to a different address (I didn't even have to ask for that, they automatically brought it up as something that they will do when it was clear to everyone that the first item wasnt coming). For some reason I didn't expect that item to come in either, but it did,yesterday! ;) Usually you have to argue on the phone to get your product reshipped (if thats an option at all), and the larger companies (even though they can afford it) dont want to loose money by doing so... these guys didnt think twice about it, I was impressed and a bit suspicious (yes,since Im not use to businesses being that nice to their customers). My friend also wants a tablet, and merimobiles is where Im going to direct them to. their staff is available for phone/internet chats, and that makes you feel just that much safer since there's a real person to talk to and ask questions/resolve issues... Id rather buy devices here than on ebay or elsewhere ..."
