Bought this a while ago, first of all this does play angry birds but only version 1.5.2 android 1.6 compatable (not very well though.)This is a very good piece of kit,little slow but not meant for games.Remember it's not an ipad but cost nowhere near the price.Everything else is excellent especially touch screen.

firmware upgrade |

Hi, I try to upgrade the firmware. This upgrade program said it programed the firmware success, but it failed in verifying the firmware everytimes. I have done 3 times so far, and they all failed at around 70% of the verification process.

Great screen, slow processor, BAD WIFI! |

The capacitive touchscreen is great, very easy to use, and the screen is very bright and clear. One of the better tablet screens I've seen. Movies and web pages look great!
If you're wanting this to play games though, get something else. The processor is WAAAY too slow for most games. Definitely no 3D games such as Angry Birds (which doesn't work at all) or Fruit Ninja, and even many 2D games are very choppy and hard to play.
The WiFi range is also severely limited. I can use my laptop pretty much anywhere in my house on WiFi, however with this tablet I could get only half that distance. 30ft from my router was about the maximum.
The WiFi range was really the deal breaker for me. I'm returning this item.

Real happy with the wifi and You tube . misses out with skype (OUT) over wifi but. The operation responsive is 10 x better than the Eken M001, fits pockets and is very impressive . Will it's new firmwear give a USB ability to link GPS and wecam ? it runs key board and mouse through the USB out So why not a Camera ?
