In some stores it says 512 MB Ram but here it's 1Gb Ram. What's the true ram value of your product?

Hi, I have seen that firmware has been released for the 16 Gb 1024x768 version but I don't see any firmware for the 8gb version. Will it be released?

I see that the 16G has screen resolution of 1280x768. Do you sell this model ?
