Purchased the 2.1 and was promised access to the Market place. No working upgrade available. Waste of time and money

Updates are made available from the manufacturer, they are currently on 2.3 and market works, email us for tech support, thanks

Problem with charging |

Hi guys,
I have had my haipad for about one month already and in the last two weeks it wont charge. I plug in the charger and the red LED sometimes turns on, then after a couple of minutes it turns off. The battery only charges to 90% and discharges quickly(within 2 hours) I think I have a unit with a charging problem.
ANSWER:
when the battery is fully charged the light will turn off, the battery last around 2-3 hours on wifi depending on what use you do with it for more technical support please email us at techhelp@merimobiles.com

Hmmm, Much Potential |

To keep it short, but useful...Yes you get what you pay for; most of the flaws are in the craftsmanship. If you pay attention to specs... you'll get out of this device what it can give (nothing more). Games work good - the internet seems to freeze if you challenge the device - the screen hasn't shown any problems other than the scratch or scar that was present when upon opening the box. No I didn't root the device or do any upgrages, I just charged it and started using It. I wanted one to practice and learn on before I spend the real money on a larger more powerful one. Great buy, awesome deal.

Video calling |

Trying to find out how to use video calling. It doesn't seem that Skype video calling is supported. Is there a video app/program that works with this tablet?
ANSWER:
Video calling is supported but not with skype yet, there needs to be some more tweaking by skype with there software before you will be able to use skype video chat on all tablets, thanks

I can not find my location and that sucks
GPS is on but does not work
ANSWER:
This unit does not have a built in GPS receiver, its only google maps which will work with WIFI only and you need to be logged in your google account for the system to work, thanks
