The function key does not work corectly. To access the letters I need to use the Function key. The page up and down works corectly. Is this a software issue that can be fixed or does it need to be replaced.

Who's the genius that designed this? In order to use the keyboard you need to plug in a USB cable. However the left side clip that holds the tablet in the case is located exactly where the cable needs to plug in. The only way to use the keyboard is to set the tablet in the bottom clips and leave the side clips unattached. The tablet will slide out of the case when you pick up the case if you're not really careful.
ANSWER: It depends on the tablet, most tablets UI ports are located on the "right" side so it fits with no issues, thanks

I also have this case and yes it does not have a clasp on one side. The easiest fix was to attach it with velcro. It stays nice and secure and I can remove it at anytime.
Well worth the price.
ANSWER: Thank you for leaving your comments, and thank you for the tip,

I really want to like this case. It has what you need with the built in KB if you are a mobile professional.
The part I severely dislike about this case is that is is missing the clasp side elastic bands to secure the tablet. The case is only secure on 3 sides. Without having these bands you are much more prone to accidental dropping and a general rocking around of your tablet within the case.
I took my new flytouch to work to show the guys my new toy and when I propped up the kickstand the tablet case slipped down on the slick surface and my tablet almost went across the desk.
The keyboard works fine all other things being considered.
ANSWER: thank you for the review on this keyboard, thanks
