At the top is written that the cpu is 800 MHz, but teh description says the CPU is tne new one - at 1 GHz. Which one is true?

As I understood this is ''Huawei U8800+ 1GHz CPU Android 2.2 smartphone Adrneo 5MP''..Why at the top it shows ''Huawei U8800 IDEOS Android 2.2 smartphone 800MHZ Adrneo 5MP''?
