Need a little more fine tuning |

If u like2 hack-then this devic is gr8. Its FAST-Im talkin GalaxyTab fast. Good:decent screen res- good brightness- good sensitivity 4 a resistive pnl- reliable quik wifi- has Market!- excellent batt life- comfort2hold case- INCLUDES built-in stylus- lots of useful ports (plug in ANY kb for terminal- HDMI works gr8!)- very good price! Bad:screen little fuzzy- not gr8 for long hrs of readin- LCD is packed so tight into the case that if you gently press on back-the screen ripples- audio HW (lots of hiss-noise-interference from wifi and screen) may be poorly sheilded- camera is aimed a little off and bit-rate is really low (u get banding on smooth areas.) TIPS:i)get task mgr and use it! tab will run fastr ii)get 8in leather case when ordering 2save shipin (this will NOT fit into those eReader cases from BestBuy.)

Can't format SD card and Market doesn't work well! |

I bought this device from your site and I am very pleased. Device is really great, I am very satisfied because of its speed and responsiveness.
But...
I have few problems. First of all, I also bought SD card, but device can't format SD card. I tried with other SD cards (other brands), but all was the same. Device is unable to read SD card. I read somewhere that I could fix this problem if I download application called 'Format SD', but my Android Market doesn't work well, so I am currently unable to download any applications (when I try to do it, I just get annoying message: 'Download was unsuccessfull') Problem about downloading applications started to annoy me few days ago. Also, sometimes I can't start Android Market application (it just says: 'Network error occured'), despite that my wireless is turned on. And I can't find appropriate driver for usb connection with my PC. Please give me some advice how to solve these problems. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance! :)

I installed the 2 point touch firmware version that you have on your download section and now the market is gone...
why?

hi..i got my tablet today it says 2.2 build 145 and kernel 2.6.32.9 build 1546
should i do i firmware update? if yes which one of the 2 files available is the right for this device?
youtube application don't work..is there a solution?
also i would like to say that scroling down/up or right/left is very hard to do..i noticed that screen makes circle spots inside when i touch it....not where i touch..solution? bad hardware?
ANSWER: thank you for taking the time to post your comments, you have the latest firmware available now for the 2 point touch version, its a resistive touchscreen the best way to use it is with the tip of your fingers, the circle spots that appear when you put pressure at the back are normal, its due to the high touchscreen sensitivity on this unit which reacts to the minimal amount of pressure you put on it, for more help email us at techhelp@merimobiles.com, thanks

HI I've had my Herotab MID816 for 4 weeks and its a great device. I have the latest Skype installed but i can not do video calling, can you tell me if there is a way that you can do this or will there been a newer version for this app. Thanks
