Good value for its money. Don't expect more!

The title says it all.
Question for Merimobiles:
I was wondering if you could help me answer something. Do you know, by any chance, if the G9 has the ability to connect via a USB-to-Ethernet adapter or a USB-to-Wireless adapter (for android tablets)? I have JB installed.

Not only will it not turn on! Customer service is lacking in prompt response time, finally they give me a return ticket number after being patronized about charging it and resetting it though I had tried that time and time again. Apparently I also have to pay to ship it back to them! I have called. left messages, and tried online chat just to wait two hours continually receiving an automated message stating I was next and it would be just a moment. Terrible service!

Dear Merimobiles team, I ordered Gemei G9 from Merimobiles some time ago, and didn't realize it was a pre-order. On March 12th I inquired about the status of my order (#27122) and received a response from Nicolas that the item is in stock and my order will ship in 2 to 3 days. But from this forum my understanding is that the tablet is not in stock, which is confusing. Is the tablet in stock or not? If it is not, how can I cancel my order? Thanks.

I am planning to buy this tablet but I have some questions 1. Is this tablet availabe now for ordering or we need to wait for some time? 2. Does this tablet support Arabic and/or Farsi Languages (in setting --- languages) 3. Does it run Youtube and Flash smoothly 4. What is the dimention of the resolution of both Cameras (1.3MP and 5MP). For example 1.3MP is it 640 x 480? 5. Does it support 3G (what type of USB modem) and external USB GPS (Any model number) 6. Does it support USB Chargers and Car Chargers? 7. Well if you go pound for pound you do get a little bit more with the Gemei G9, overall the Cube is a tab faster thought, G9 A10 processor may i say is better at processing video, thanks

I have some question: 1) In the description, the tablet is listed not having HDMI port, but in Tech Spec, it has HDMI port. So which is it? 2) Between Allwinner (Gemei G9, Ainol Nova) and RocketChip (Teclast, Window N90), which tablets has better experience for running apps, browsing webs and watching flash player?
ANSWER:
1) It has HDMI out we will fix the comparaison chart, hard question, Rockchip is more matured than the A10 however the A10 has matured very fast so it cannot be discounted, overally Rockchip has the edge, for a 9.7 inch, G9 is comparaible to the N90 but has the added HDMI and better camera, thanks

I just ordered one of these and just noticed it says pre-order. Does this mean it is not in stock or is there a specific ship date for them? I remember you saying you don't offer pre-orders on products.

I received the tablet about 42 days from ordering. A bit longer than what I expected using the free standard post delivery option. I am totally satisfied with my choice so far with awsome speed and graphics. To improve, access to an english manual. Thank you.

I received the package about 35 days after i put my order, which is about the time i expected once i used the standard post delivery option. I am almost totally satisfied from my choice. I would be completely satisfied if there were: 1) a manual in english or at least an address in the internet where i could download one 2) a better battery performance: i don't know if it is a hardware problem or a software one (Android's) The battery has "strange" behavior: from 100% to about 50%, steps down gradually, but from that point accelerates and at about 20-30%, suddenly powers off... I wish this is a software bug... 3) The micro-USB charger's nose, has a quality issue, since it is kind of loose and if it is not very carefully put into the tablet, it doesn't fit and it doesn't charge...

I ordered on April 2 and received on April 23. It was wrapped well and declared as "E-book" so no tax was added in customs. It runs Android 4.0 very nicely and smoothly. Everything is as expected. Cheers

I just received my Gemei G9 today. I ordered through the free registered mail to the United States. It was received within the time specified by merimobiles. Don't be alarmed if you choose this shipping method and it stays in US customs for 2 weeks (as it did in my case), it isn't lost it will come eventually. Great customer service from merimobiles, they answered every question that I had in a timely manner. The product itself is great. I would highly recommend, I think this is the biggest bang for the buck. With a few modifications (look up mr.Tasselhof on youtube and slatedroid) you will have a really nice running tablet for a cheap price.
