I am writing to you as I bought a Tablet U19GT manufactured by you about a month ago
I must tell you that I find this product excellent, both in cost and quality. However, I had a problem. It fell over and the screen smashed. The touch screen is still working perfectly but the glass is cracked.
I would like to solve this problem by getting a Touch Screen Digitizer Glass Replacement Part. I wonder if I could get one from you and how much it may cost. If you do not provide this item, could you suggest another supplier?

I fixed the wifi issues by flashing firmware version V1.09. Flash mode is entered by pressing Volume DOWN button then connecting the usb cable.
Now the device is perfectly nice to use and deserves a 5 star rating!

I also have a very slow WIFI on my U19GT. I have rebooted my router, tried 4 other WIFI connections and the problem has not changed. I called Merimobiles today and left a VMAIL about the issue but have not hear back from them.

i just received it after 27 days of order day. I looks good and works fine, except the wifi trasmitter.its very but very slow wifi. up to 200 kbytes. I asked the factory for a solution. see you
The WIFI we test it here in China works good. please try to restart the device and connect it again. thank you.
