which is better from this tablets?

I'm wondering about the battery life with 3G activated, can you please explain this (standby with 3g one, using time while 3g on), one more thing is does it make phone calls and SMS's.

Factory specs are without 3G around 5 hours, with 3G on 3 hours, thanks

1) If this device will operate under Android 4
2) Can you answer - when 3G version will be in stock
2) How much will I have to pay for 3G version

1) yes, Meiying said in march they will update it
2) 3G version will be in stock next week
3) its 60$ more for the 3G version , thanks
